“It is so rewarding to be a part of one of the most special occasions in someone's life.”
~ Sheryl Clifford, Wedding Ties

As a little girl, I imagined what my wedding would be like. As I grew, I found the love of my life and knew he was the one I wanted to marry. One night my soon to be husband was tragically hit by a car and left paralyzed from the neck down. I thought we would never have the chance to be married. Eventually Rick woke up and eventually we started to discuss marriage once again. I was overwhelmed with joy, I realized I may not get the wedding I had dreamed of but at least I still had the love of my life. Since Rick was in the hospital and could not leave we started to make arrangement to be married in the hospital’s indoor garden. That’s when we met Sheryl. Sheryl is such a special lady she immediately wanted to help us plan our big day; she asked lots of questions about how I imagined our wedding to be. She really took the time to get to know both Rick and I. She took the stress off of me of planning the wedding so I could focus all my time and energy on Rick and our two little boys. Every detail that I had imagined no matter how big or small Sheryl made happen. On the day of the wedding I cried with joy to see that someone took the time to care about what I had always dreamed. Everything went as planned.

I know that I never would have been able to pull off what Sheryl did for us. Rick and I still keep in touch with Sheryl and think of her as part of the family. Thanks again Sheryl for everything you did for us!

At Royal Victoria Hospital Sheryl Clifford treats every assignment as if she were doing it for her own family – with the same creativity, flare for detail and excitement. We witnessed Sheryl in that mode when she made a dream come true for a young couple during a tragic time in their lives.

Sheryl transformed the garden patio at Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie into a wedding wonderland so Angel Robinson could marry the love of her life, Rick Young, who had recently been paralyzed in a car accident.

She enthusiastically tackles each assignment with sincere emotion and this element sets her apart from so many others. Sheryl plans every event as if it is her own and makes it an affair to remember!
